Terms & Conditions
 

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of track mats provided by MKP Ground Protection By using the track mats, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Use of Track Mats
The Client agrees to use the track mats in a manner consistent with their intended purpose. The Client agrees not to use the track mats for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
 
Rental Period
The rental period for the track mats begins on the date as per the quote, not including any changes to such quote. The Client agrees to pay for the full rental period, regardless of whether the Client uses the mats for the entire period.

Rental Fees
The Client agrees to pay the rental fees as set forth in any quote by the Provider. The rental fees cover the rental of the track mats only and do not include any additional services or equipment. Rental Extensions will be charged pro-rata.

Responsibility for Track Mats and Steel Stillages.
The Client is responsible for the track mats from the time they are delivered until the time they are picked up by the Provider. The Client agrees to use the track mats in a reasonable and responsible manner and to return the mats in the same clean condition (or as reasonably possible) as they were in when delivered. A cleaning fee between $5 & $15 per mat, depending on condition eg, very muddy.

Damage to Track Mats, /steel stillages
The Client is responsible for any damage to the track mats/steel stillages, while in their possession. The Client agrees to pay for replacement costs resulting from damage.

Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage or misuse arising from the use of the track mats. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client`s use of the track mats.

Termination
The Client agrees to all terms and conditions upon signing this quote.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the track mats shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the Client regarding the use of the track mats and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
